UPS Shipping Plugin not working in Production (non-test) mode

For some reason the UPS Shipping plugin is not working - not showing any shipping options when "Test Mode" is set to "No". If I change Test Mode to "Yes" it works?
My Access Key, Username, and Password are correct - I am currently using them in a Virtuemart production environment without issue. I am trying to replace this Virtuemart site with an EShop site but I will need a functioning UPS Shipping module first.
