Title for shipping plugin

How can I change details of plugins?
It appears: PLG_ESHOP_FREE2_TITLE ... how can I change this?

You change it by adding a translation.

Add the string "PLG_ESHOP_FREE2_TITLE" and then set the translation however you want, e.g. "Free Shipping"

Yes, that's correct. If there is any duplicated shipping plugins which does not have the translation for the shipping title or descrition, simply go to EShop -> System -> Translation to add the translation there.
