Error adding shipping and payment plugins was created by elisa malagoli
I tryed to add any additional plugin but I get an error message
"Jinstaller: Install: Not possible to find the XML setup joomla file

Are you trying to add the plugin from the Extensions | Manage | Install page? If so don't. EShop Payment and Shipping plugins are installed at the bottom of the Components | Eshop | Plugins | Payments (or shipping) tab.
