Step 3 Shipping Address was created by Val Workman
During checkout, Step 3 Delivery Details isn’t visible. Under options, in Configuration I have the “Require Shipping Address” set to ‘Yes’. But Step 3 still doesn’t show up during the checkout process. Require shipping is also set to ‘yes’.
I’m not sure how to configure to collect the shipping address during checkout. I do get the billing info Step 2, but then it skips to step 5.

Hello Val,
1. Please go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Option tab, at Require Shipping, choose Yes.
2. Please go to edit products, under Data tab, make sure that you also choose Yes for Require Shipping there.
Then test again, you will see Step 3 and Step 4 of Checkout.
Hope that this is useful.
Sincerely, Giang
