Hello Giang,

I understand that the Paypal Pro plugin is only supported in the US, Canada and the UK... (We are located in the US)

Does this mean that other nationality won't be able to purchase our products through this plugin?

Hello Jean,

No, it only means that Author of PayPal Pro must be in that 3 countries. Other customers from other countries can still pay for the order with PayPal Pro.

I m interested on bying paypal pro but i didn't understand about the "author" . Anyway....my site is in italy and my paypal is italian, can i use paypal pro?

Hello Carlo,

You can use standard PayPal payment plugin (pay with paypal account) but you can not use PayPal Pro (accept Credit Card on site) because PayPal Pro is only used in US, UK and Canada, not Italy.
