custom shipment methods

hello everyone! I'm new to e-shop, I want to create an online delivery store when the customer enters first to ask him where he wants to receive the product (from a list of points I have added) and then go to him to select the product!
it is possible?

Thank you for submitting the question here. EShop supports multiple shipping method options so customer can choose one of shipping method when checking out product.

Customer will see it at Step 4 of checkout to select.
