PayPal Pro

I want to use PayPal in my eShop.
Could the customers pay with the credit card when I add paypal pro to my website or do they need to have a paypal account?

Thank you for submitting the ticket here. Regarding your question:

1. PayPal has already had the PayPal standard payment plugin which is included into EShop package by default. With this PayPal standard, you must have a PayPal account to accept payment. Customer will be redirected to PayPal to login to their PayPal account to make the payment.

2. PayPal Pro payment plugin is an add-on. It allows you to accept payment by credit card. Customer will enter their credit card information to make the payment on the checkout form without redirecting to PayPal. However, this payment plugin only supports in 3 countries: US, UK and Canada.

Does Paypal Pro not support in eshop or generally?
