Order status return from PayPal

Hello,
when user confirm and pay order via PayPal then this order on admin backend has status sent... We need choose other status of order. Please help.

You should choose Complete for Complete Order Status. What other status that you want to choose?

It would be better choose other status - for example Complete via PayPal and other orders only complete...
Now when some user order and pay with PayPal then we have 2 same orders with same items in admin. First order is via PayPal and the second is with standart cash on delivery:(
