0 Class 'Client' not found

0 Class 'Client' not found was created by Matthew Murphy
I am working on a plugin. When I click checkout where i should see PayPal and Square along with my own payment system I get this error 0 Class 'Client' not found any idea how I can figure out where this class Client is is order to make it found? at least a file name?
