Undefined error ON Auspost postage calculator

I am receiving an error on the Australia Post postage calculator shipping plugin. When I submit the Estimate Shipping and Taxes, I receive Undefined error message and when I proceed to the shipping section of the Checkout process, there is no radio button to select for Australia post, so the 'field required' error occurs on submitting.

Any help is appreciated.
