Override minimum ordervalue

Hi,
We added a category for ordering samples against a small fee. But in the settings for the shop we have a minimum orderthreshold of €50,- (as a warning)
Samples have a value of €9,95 therefor the warning and extra cost should not pop up.
How do i do this?

You have set minimum order is 50 so if total of an order is 9.95, there is no waning. That's correct.

Of course there is a problem.
Minimum ordervalue is €50 but the customer should be able to order a sample at a value of €9,95
Is there a way to solve that?
