Product price dependent on curency

I needed some help solving this issue of mine.

i have a product costing $28 but the same item will cost $38 if it is an abroad customer. ($38 does NOT equal £28)

how can i achieve this?

you may ask why dont i just use conversion rates, but that is the problem. conversion rates change and so sometimes itll be $37 and sometimes $39... but i want it to be fixed $38...

any suggestions?

If you go to the configuration of EShop and turn off the update currency automatically (EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Local tab, at Update Currency choose No), then you can go to EShop -> System -> Currencies and manually enter the exchanged rate between currency so you can enter the expected exchange rate.
