Shipping setting for free delivery / Total cost

I wonder if anyone can help me work through the complexities of Shipping plugins

I need 4 shipping scenarios
1. Free delivery on Orders that have a total greater than or equal to $100.
2. Free delivery on Orders that customers wish to pick up in store
3. Charge by weight
4. Add on $5 to weight for next day delivery

I have managed to solve 2 & 3
For 2 I'm using eshop_free
For 3 I'm using eshop_weight

With 1 - Orders that are over $100?
So at lower cost ranges I need eshop_price plugin to be inactive but once the Total amount reaches $100 - need it ti for it to kick in and turn off weight plugin.

With 4, I need it to work with eshop_weight so that it can be added on top of the weight cost.

Realise this is complicated but I'm not really getting anywhere with this so any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is really a bit complex and outstanding. It requires to configure and modify to source code of shipping plugins to have that. I will consider to do it for you as a custom work if you want.
