Importing Excel, products are added but invisible was created by Mateusz Gren
Hi!
After purchasing the Excel Import I tried to import a product. It tells me that the import was successful and 1 product was created, and 3 categories. On the Dashboard I can see that the number of products and categories increased, but when opening the list the products are not there, same goes for the categories. I also tried to import your sample excel from the documentation -> same thing happend.
Thank you in advance,
Mateusz Gren

Hello Matuesz,
The reason because the default language on the front-end of your site is not English. In this case, you must specify the language field in the Excel file to tell the import tool know that what's language that you are importing. Example if it is Dutch, then you must add value nl-NL for the language field.
Please add the language field and import again, then you will see it works.
You can also go to EShop -> System -> Tools, then click on Synchronize Data tool to synchronize imported data into your language.
Hope that this is useful.
Sincerely, Giang
