EShop Import Pro

I downloaded the samples and created my upload excel file from that sample. (.xlsx) but I get an error saying that my file is not an excel file when I try to upload it to EShop Import Pro. Can anyone help me out? Thanks

I have this same issue Giang.

We used the test excel file provided by you and we cannot get the import to work. It shows the same error.

error: The file that you choose is not Excel file. Please try again!

I did another test from my machine this time and example-1.xslx works fine... all of your example files work as they should. Only 1 of my devs cannot upload same file in import tool.

I asked my dev to email me his files and I tried those examples and they work for me as well.

So there is something with his machine or connection that is causing this issue. He even tried from his laptop and cannot import the file. Same Error.

I will not open support ticket for now, I believe the issue is with his connection/machine.

I will post back if we find the issue. Thanks for your support.
