Order says Pending after paying at Paypal

I am testing the system and have placed an order for a product. I payed with Paypal but the order still says "pending". The payment did g through as I received a receipt from Paypal showing the charge to my account. Why doesn't it update as a completed order in the admin side?

Which mode that you used to test? Test Mode or Live Mode? On both of Mode, it should change status to the Complete.

Please go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Option tab and make sure that you choose Complete for Complete Order Status.

This is how i have it setup. {see image) But we are doing "pre-orders" for this product, could that be the problem?

Having the same problem as you described. Costumer paid with paypal and status is pending. We are selling servicel. Also, costumer didn't recive mail after paying with paypal.
Any suggestion?

Would love to get an answer on this. If I need to upgrade to the latest version of eShop i am happy too. Please let me know. I am on v1.3.5

This issue is not related to EShop version. However, you guys should update it to latest version first. Then if it still does not work properly, please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the super admin account to your sites so I can help you to check and find the reason of issue.
