Paypal email not being passed to paypal cart page

I have a client site which after I updated to eshop 2.0.1 when a shopper submits their order for some reason THIS is passed to paypals cart page instead of the clients paypal email:

I have not edited any eshop core files so I would have no idea why this would happen.
Perhaps product, attribute or options entries interfering with checkout script?
brookvilleglove.com is the site.
Once the clients MERCHANT ID is used in the eshop plugin INSTEAD of the clients paypal EMAIL it works fine.
Any Ideas?
