I was trying to figure out a problem I was having of super users being able to choose paypal as a payment but registered users would only be given the offline payment option. I deleted all the payment plugins, reinstalled the latest version of Eshop and all payment plugins EXCEPT paypal and offline were reinstalled. How can I add PayPal and Offline Payments plugins back to my eshop? Is there something in the code that I need to enable them back on?
