I can't get the plugin to work....

I can't get the plug in to work...I have it set up ....I did not know the User ID...is that My ID with you? or is it your ID with USPS....PLEASE help!

It would be the USPS ID and your zip code. Have USPS shipping moved your account to production server.

You need a USPS business account. Then. have them moved your account to production server. They will then give you the ID number. Just talk to USPS business dept

Ok I call and USPS said I was set up there...but I still can't get it to work....can you take a look at the back end and let me now what I have incorrect?.....or just tell me which of the options I could check and UNcheck to make it work...
