Will Call Pickup Option.. With Payment on Pickup?

Hello,
I would like to offer the option to "Will Call" or "Pickup from Office" option when a user places their order. Also, if they select the "Will call / Pickup" option, I would like it to offer them the chance to pay when they pick the item up. Is this possible? Anyone have an idea on how to set it up?

You can use default Free Shipping plugin in EShop and rename it to have that.

I am sorry but EShop has nothing related to OpenCart and of course, it does not support OpenCart plugins.
