About EShop Paypal Pro activation

I have already set up and been using Paypal Pro for 9 months.
Recently I found in the checkout process, Step 5 is to select the preferred payment.
I chose Paypal Pro and clicked continue button, then I expected Paypal site will open,
but actually Paypal site won't open but Credit card form appears.

Could you tell me what happens in my site ?

1. EShop PayPal Pro allows customer to pay by credit card on your site without going to PayPal website. So it is working properly.

2. If you want customer to be redirected to PayPal website, then you should use PayPal standard payment plugin in EShop.
