USPS shipping install problem

I just purchased the USPS shipping plugin but I can't seem to install it. When I go to "Install New Shipping Plugin" and upload the plugin I get an error "Warning: File /home/jstsqzit/public_html/tmp/plg_eshop_uspsshipping.zip not uploaded for security reasons!".

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Please download the latest version 1.4.2 of EShop and update it on your site, then you can install the USPS shipping plugin normally.

I am having an issue as well. It was working before but now it's saying no shipping methods fund. Is this from USPS or EShop?
