e_shop quantity shipping missing a file

I wanted to change shipping method to Quantity, but found when I changed I was seeing language file code. The language file was missing an .ini file for e_shop quantity. Problem solved by copying another language file for item_shipping, and renaming it to en_GB.plg_eshop_quantity.ini
changing to following code:
PLG_ESHOP_QUANTITY_TITLE="Quantity Rate"
PLG_ESHOP_QUANTITY_DESC="Quantity Shipping Rate"

Could you please change your website eshopdocs.joomservices.com/extensions/shipping-plugins.html to include mention that there is now a Quantity shipping plugin.

I would like to suggest one more thing. With the free shipping plug-in, it would be handy to have a "customer group" input field, so it can only be seen by customers who have pre-arranged pick-up or local delivery or some other arrangement in place. None of the shipping plugins are customer-group specific, only geozone specific.
We have local customers in these groups, but I feel if I publish free-shipping everyone will be trying to select this option, thus causing more unnecessary administration.
