Eshop payment plugin for PayTrace API

Hi,
I have a client that uses PayTrace for their company credit card processing. I read on another site that you can use Authorize.net plugin to connect to the PayTrace API.
Do you know if that is possible? and even better, what would to cost be to have you create a Eshop payment plugin that would connect with PayTrace?

They recently switched to Paytrace too so I may need to get in on this module development.
