Error with Delivery Method during checkout

Hi,

I am offering free shipping to all of my customers, so only have the free shipping plugin activated.

When going through the checkout process, customers are getting to the Delivery Method tab and when they click continue (because the free shipping is automatically selected, they receive the error message "please select a shipping method".

Even when you click on 'free shipping' and then continue you still receive the same error message.
