How do I set 4 different zones to that?

1. You should create 4 different Geo Zones, each Geo Zone include a Zone.

2. You should use 4 different Item Shipping methods, each method is assigned for a Geo Zone.

Attached files are 3 copies of Item Shipping plugins. Simply go to EShop -> Plugins -> Shipping to install and use them.

OK I understand now that I can set the zones to each Item shipping but how do I set 4 prices

In the product there is only 1 shipping price.
If I leave that empty but put package price in the item it only charges that 1 time.

To properly utilise Item shipping I think I would need to have 4 x shipping prices in the product table ?? no?

Unless I am missing something else.

Can you tell me how I put 4 x Item Prices for the 4 x different zones thanks.
In the Product setup there is only one place to put the item shipping price but I need 4 prices.

Currently, there is only one field for shipping cost per item. There is no option to add multiple shipping costs for one item. You can use Shipping Fee in each shipping method to make the different shipping costs for them.

I have worked around it with Weight Based shipping but this works ONLY because I have 1 Product to Sell.

Your Item shipping is NO USE at all if it is required for more than 1 Zone.
If I put the charge in the Package Fee of the Item Shipping module then this would work like Flat based shipping. It would not add the cost for multiple items.
I find this quite bizarre. Do you not acknowledge this?

Yes, you are right. That is the limitation of Item Shipping now.
