Please select a shipping method!

Hi, I must have a configuration problem (which I can't find where to fix it)...
When going through the checkout, the 'Select Shipping' option is not available - it skips me over it and right onto the 'add comments' section. But won't let me get past the comments section because shipping option was not completed.
I have upgraded to the latest version of Ehsop and that didn't change anything. What am I missing?
I've got the usps shipping plugin enabled (none of the others are enabled) and believe I have all the sections properly filled out. I am using a usps account that was just setup by the owner... (their email address).

OK, after more digging, I've discovered a bad user name for the usps account.
So the problem is fixed... :whistle:
