and i found just minute ago that i dont have translated regions for slovakia - there i have only shortcuts and my clients are confused of it when ordering, so where i can change that?

Of course I need to sleep 6-8 hours every day. It's working time here now so I always reply immediately (It's 02:14PM now)

Please go to EShop -> System -> Translations, then choose your Slovakia language, enter ESHOP_CUSTOMER_EMAIL_SUBJECT to translate it.
