UPS shipping method not working - Zones Taxes

Hello,
I am having an issue with the UPS plugin not working on my site.
I would like to offer only UPS in the US and have set it up in the configurations.
I would also like to have a % tax on orders in Colorado only.

I have set these up but I get an error on the Shipping Estimate and no shipping option in the checkout section.

I did find the problem:
Be sure that * Origin Country is "US", not "USA"in the UPS configuration.

Also had to change weight measurement to Pounds instead of Ounces even though my products are set to Ounces.
