Change shipping names was created by neil
where to i go to in the Cpanel to change the shipping names.

I change it before but now i don't remember where to go.

Hi again Neil,
You can edit the corresponding language file of the shipping plugins to change this text. That files can be found in the folder language/en-GB folder.

These language/en-GB folder contains .ini files that my mac cannot open. Are they the correct files?

Of course, they are correct language files of Joomla. You should be able to open and edit them.
