Please provide instructions for setting up template with menu, slide show, header, footer, etc like in demo

How long does support usually take?

I need instructions on how to set up the template. If you cannot provide today please issue refund.

You can istall it simple. Go to yourdomain.com/administrator - Extension manager - Upload Package File : Choose your zip file with the template and install it. Second you must choose it to be default you can make it from Extension - Template Manager. Choose the template and make it Default. I holp i help you.

Actually, the theme works great and and the support here is typically very, very fast (usually within 24 hours). In all sincerity, you may be more disappointed if you don't use EShop or the theme. Support for this product is better than any other Joomla product. I think you may be forgetting this is a holiday week in most places. You could always try VirtueMart LOL. Talk about frustrating! As a note, I do not work for EShop.

For Maria: To have the template and theme look like the demo, we need to setup and config the template. Please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the your site information so my support staff will help you do that. Let's me do that first, if it does not work as you expect, I will refund the money.
