Change Colors to Fashion Theme

Is there a way (besides using ThemeMagic) to go into a css file to simply change colors on the Fashion Theme template. I see many folders with css, and have tried to make changes, but none of them seem to work. I have changed it in Chrome developer tools, but it does not work within the css files. Is there a simple template.css type file that colors can be easily changed?
