German Payment and Shipping Tools missing

i've bought the Component Eshop and we have installed it to our homepage to sell Tshirts.
We need in Germany 2-3 different paymant plugins and shipping plugins.
Payment:
paypal express
sofort
skrill

Shipping:
DHL
DPD

how can i configure that?

Thank you for purchasing and using our extension. Regarding your questions:

1. EShop only supports 4 default payment plugins: Offline, PayPal Standard, EWay and Authorize.net. We developed other payment plugins, you can check them at: joomdonation.com/payment-plugins/eshop-payment-plugins.html . Seem we don't have PayPal Express, Sofort and Skrill

2. EShop only supports some of default shipping plugins: Flat, Free, Item, Weight, UPS, Australia Post. It does not have DHL and DPD shipping plugin.

If you can not use EShop without these payment and shipping, please let us know. We will consider to refund the money to you.

Many our customers come from Germany but they does not ask for these payment and shipping plugins. If you can find some developers to develop these plugins for you, then that is great. In the case you can not have them and can not use EShop, then we will refund the money to you. So please let us know.

i don't have any developer.
And i need payment module like Paypal express, Sofort and skrill, shipping module dhl and dpd and the possibility to make invoice for every sale and send with email.

I am so sorry but my extension does not support these plugins. So I think you need to find another extension to meet your requirements.
Please give me the PayPal email that you used to purchase our extension so we will go to PayPal and refund the money to you.
