Thank you, Giang, for this plugin. Does the plugin support USPS Priority Mail Regional Rate service? I did not see this service class listed in the 'Domestic Services' screen shot. Priority Mail Regional Rate is supported by the USPS.com website and some, but not all, of other shipping applications. Also, is there the ability to add a box fee or an add-on to the actual USPS rates? Thank you.

9. Bound Printed Matter
10. Media Mail
11. Library
12. First-Class Postcard Stamped
13. Express Mail Flat-Rate Envelope
14. Priority Mail Flat-Rate Envelope
15. Priority Mail Regular Flat-Rate Box
16. Priority Mail Keys and IDs
17. First-Class Keys and IDs
18. Priority Mail Flat-Rate Large Box
19. Express Mail Sunday/Holiday
20. Express Mail Flat-Rate Envelope Sunday/Holiday
21. Express Mail Flat-Rate Envelope Hold For Pickup
22. Priority Mail Small Flat-Rate Box

Also, if you use this plugin, you will see a field called Package Fee. If you enter a number, then this number will be added to the shipping amount which is returned from USPS.

Thank you, Giang. This was the answer I expected, but not the answer I hoped for. We use the USPS "Priority Mail Regional Rate" service for about 95% of what we ship. Regular USPS Priority Mail costs up to 35% more than the USPS Priority Mail Regional Rate service (e.g., a 3-pound box from NY to Los Angeles is $13.52 by Regular Priority Mail and $9.97 by Regional Rate). Is Regional Rate not part of the USPS API which is why you (and others) don't include it?

I am not sure about these services from USPS. The API that I used to develop the USPS shipping only supports above methods. I will may considering to check more about these methods soon.
