Paypal Test Mode wont allow users to login was created by James Stranger
Hi,
I'm having trouble getting the Test Mode of PayPal to work. The user cannot get past the log-in screen as it keeps bringing back a message saying to check the username and password. I have attached the error message.
I have also tested the PayPal username and password myself using my own account and haven't been able to resolve the problem.
