UPS shipping

I am trying set up and test my ups shipping.When I go to get shipping qotes I keep getting this
110602: Missing/Illegal Combination of Package/Dimensions
yet my test product has all the pacage Dimensions

In the UPS shipping plugin at the bottom you have this

*Length

* Width

* Height
I dont understand what I would put here as the sizes would be in the products like the wight witch works please can you explane this

I haved fixed this by Length 0 width 0 hight 0 works very good

Length, Width, Height are only used as average length, width, height of product that you will submitted to UPS. The real length, width, height of products will be used. So you can ignore these parameters.
