EShop version 3.6.4 released

Dear Customers,

Today, I am happy to announce the next release of EShop Shopping Cart extension, version 3.6.0 with the following new features / improvements:

1. Replace Bootstrap 2 by Bootstrap 5.

Since Joomla 4 use Bootstrap version 5, so in Joomla 4, EShop drops Bootstrap 2 and uses Bootstrap 5 by default. You can still choose to use older versions 3 and 4 from the Configuration if you want.

2. Layouts Improvement.

Add the configuration to select product fields (SKU, Image and Quantity) to display on the Products List of the following pages / layouts:
- Cart default page
- Cart popout page
- Checkout confirm page
- Checkout complete page
- Admin notification email
- Customer notification email
- Manufacturer notification email
- Customer order detail on front-end side
- Invoice layout

So columns Product Model, Image, Quantity are fully configurable and they can be turned ON/OFF from the Configuration now.

3. Cancel Order Process.

From this version, we support cancel order processing. So when an order is cancelled by customers, the order status will be changed from Pending to Cancelled automatically, the system will also send the notification email to admin's store.

4. Modules Improvements.

- Products Module Improvement: Add dots style configuration to the slider layout, support multiple products modules on same page.
- Manufacturers Module Improvement: Support multiple manufacturers modules on same page.

5. Payment Plugins Improvement.

- Show the parameter description helps in edit payment plugin screen.
- Add new parameters: Minimum Total and Maximum Total to enable / disable payment plugins according total of order.
- Add new payment plugin: EShop PayPal Standard Checkout which allows customers to pay use their PayPal account or Credit Card on site without redirecting to PayPal.

6. Shipping Plugins Improvement.

- Show the parameter description helps in edit shipping plugin screen.
- Update all duplicated flat shipping plugins according latest default flat shipping plugin.

7. Other Fixes / Improvements.

- Router improvement.
- Add correct Item id to all of redirected links to users component.
- Filter bug fix.
- Remove limitation of character at quote form.

So please upgrade EShop to the latest version 3.6.0 to have these new features and improvements.

Thank you for submitting the quesstion here. The reason because your subscription was from 23 April 2020, it was expired at 23 April 2021. You need to re-purchase EShop to have a new subscription of next 12 months (from the purchase time) to download updates.

Then you can update EShop normally.

Hello,
I use eShop fashion pro template. After the last update, my product page shows product info incorrect way (two titles some, text hidden behind the image (price, review stars). Mobile view looks even worse in product view and category list (shifted images and text, hidden text.)

I have updated version of Fashion pro template and it works now better. Unfortunately, this template does not compatible with previous version, and I should make all settings again.

I think we need to change some settings from the Configuration of EShop to make it work properly. Please submit a new ticket to EShop category so I can help you.

Today, I am happy to announce the next release of EShop Shopping Cart extension, version 3.6.2 with the following new features / improvements:

1. EShop Products Filter module improvement.

- Add onchange event to filter by price, length, width, height, weight of products.
- Change the slider when changing value of min and max of price, length, width, height and weight of products.
- Fix a small javascript conflict issue.

2. Review product form improvement.

- Add email field to capture customer's email address.
- Use 5 stars rating layout instead of radio buttons.

3. Batch Orders Process.

This new feature allows you to change order status of of multiple orders easily and fast.

4. Catalog Mode improvement.

You have more option for catalog mode, so beside of Enable / Disable optons, now can also set the catalog mode for only registered users or for only guests if you want.

5. Other improvments / bug fixes:

- Checkout bug fix: Enable Confirm button if the captcha is not ticked.
- Update omnipay lib to fix the issue of payfast payment plugin on PHP8.
- Fix the issue of Custom CSS tab to use textarea field in the case there is no editor.
- Fix the issue with EShop Export plugin.
- Fix a small issue of EShop Smart Search plugin.
- Small fix to validation value of option text box.
- Improve EShop Export plugin to add condition field.
- Fix to itemprop price to have correct format as Google's requirement.
- Fix the issue of SEF in multiple language.
- Fix the issue of checking image upload when saving product.
- Use default bootstrap 5 file when loading bootstrap 5.

So please upgrade EShop to the latest version 3.6.2 to have these new features and improvements.

Re 3.6.2
The filter has been running for over two minutes as I type. (Image attached). The shop also seems a lot slower than before.
Update; We have switched the Filters option off now as it is not working.
