we have a few aborded payments via stripe checkout. in stripe dev dashboard there is no information about the payment. is there some log? (if the Log IPN messages on pluginoption plugin is activated?)

This case is a bit difficult to check because it is possible that the Stripe Checkout log has not been updated yet.
Please test it again and check whether this happens regularly or only occasionally.
