Adobe File permissions was created by Richard Juknavorian
Good morning
I am trying to load the pdf file for the invoice under Donors and keep getting an error message.
File permissions needed .File permissions
Commenting
Content copying
Content copying for accessibility
Editing file content
Filling form fields
Printing
Signing
Can anyone tell me how to fix this. I cannot find this in either adove or donors.
Thanks

Hi Richard,
To ensure that your invoice PDF files are not encrypted, please go to the Configuration page of Joom Donation, find the "Donation receipt layout" section, and disable the "Make invoice readonly" option.
Once this setting is turned off, you will be able to copy content, add comments, and perform other actions on the PDF invoices as you mentioned.
If you need further assistance, please let me know.
Thanks
Dam

Thank you. That now works.
Only one more problem.
Under the Configuration and Donation receipt layout
two items aren't showing up.
Comments and email.
Other than those two items, everything else is working.
Any ideas?
Again thank you

Hi Richard,
Thank you for your update and I’m glad to hear that the main issue is resolved.
Just to clarify, do you mean that the data for "Email" and "Comments" is not displaying on the invoice/receipt, even though other fields are showing correctly? If so, I’ll look into why these two fields aren’t appearing as expected.
Please confirm if this is the case, or let me know if you’re referring to something else.
Thanks
Dam
