Failed card transactions are never reported in the admin. If a card transaction fails the admin will never know or investigate. Only the user knows.
I can see it in my Stripe account, but I firmly believe it would be good to flag in the back end. In fact for what it's worth I think there should be a "sales" page.
It would be useful to be able to filter things like by month or date range perhaps. Also to see sales in a graph over time. Also to see individual events sales in a graph over time.
I can't believe nobody has asked for this before, is it in the product but I have missed it?
These records are still being recorded. However, it is not being displayed by default
If you want to see these records, go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Show Incomplete Payment Record config option to Yes, then these incomplete payment registrants will be displayed
