Events Booking for a Large Conference

I am building a new website for a client that has an annual conference with over 2,000 attendees. I need an excellent conference registration/management tool. Here are a few questions about Events Booking:

1) Can the Events Booking tool handle over 2,000 people for a conference in this software?
2) Have you had successful clients use this product at large conferences?
3) Does it have a feature to allow people to generate and scan their unique bar code built in when they attend a meeting on the mobile view or ID card so they can track their in/out at a meeting and get credit for it?
4) If so, what type of hardware is needed to make a proper read of their bar code?
5) Do you offer support during a conference to handle any problems that occur during registration and conference management?

1) Can the Events Booking tool handle over 2,000 people for a conference in this software?

=> If memory serves me correctly, I had seen Events Booking used on two sites with much more number of registrants. One site (which built in Joomla 1.5 and very old version of Events Booking has more than 30,000 registrants and other site (which client mentioned it to me on Skype) handle a marathon registration with about 20,000 registrants. So 2000 registrants is just small number of registrants which Events Booking can handle
