Editing notificatio email for events from frontend

Hi,
We have recently upgraded to Event booking 2.1.1 in Joomla 2.5 and there seems to be change in the event submission form in the front-end.
Previously, users could modify the notification email content when submitting the event, however now this option seems to be gone?
We need this feature, as the client wants to have customised email notifications for each event submitted via the frontend.
Any tips of what we can do?
