Hello,

We are in the process of setting up event system and we have got problem with notification emails.
When user register to the event administrator gets confirmation of user registration email but the user gets blank email (no text) just subject Event registration confirmation .

All messages in Configuration - Emails & Messages have body text like administrator messages but they just receive subject with blank body. We do use spanish language as well as english and both languages are filled out with text. We use offline payment.

Hi Jerzy

Please go to Events Booking -> Events, click on the events to edit. The look at Advanced Settings tab, check and make sure the field "User email body (offline payment)" doesn't contain any text

You should view source of the editor to make sure there is no empty html text entered

After that, everything should work as expected. If not, send me super admin account of your site so that we can check it for you

Yes, it works! Thank you,
I though messages were operated from general setings so I did not paid attention that there is individual message settings for each event.

Another question:
We had cancell button on each event but now it disappeared. We have cancell option activated on each event but I can not find cancell option in general configuration. I´m sure it was visible before in 2.3.1 but we upgraded to 2.3.2 and I´m not sure where to look for.

Tuan, thank you for your help and sorry for posting in pre sale category, we bought Event Booking component already.

Hello Tuan,

Nevermind I have found how to put cancell registration button. I just forgot to place date in "Cancel before date". If this field is empty the cancel button will not show even if "enable cancel registration" is set to "yes"
