1. Several emails are sent to registrants for an event on the days leading up to the event (1 per day for 14 days)
2. These emails ONLY go to active registrants (not those on the waiting list).

5. If a mass mail is required, mail can be filtered so that it is only sent to active registrants, not including users who are only on the waiting list.
