Questions about Payment Form extension

Hello...
I have purchased the payment form along with the google checkout plug-in. All works great except it does not appear to be tracking/retaining any of the information the user enters into the form (I am looking at the "payments management" section -- it is empty after having received a few entries even though google checkout shows these submissions and credit card statements contain the correct billing records.
Did I miss a configuration step? How do I see the fields the customer entered?

Hi
You need to perform some configuration in your Google Checkout merchant account. Here are the instructions :
1. Your site need to support HTTPS (you need to purchase an SSL certificate for your site) .
2. Login to your google checkout merchant account .
3. Access to Settings tab, then Integration
- In the API callback URL textbox, please enter :
yourdomain.com/index.php?option=com_pmfo...od=os_googlecheckout
(Please remmeber to replace yourdomain.com to the real domain of your site) .
- In Callback contents, choose Notify as XML .
- In API version dropdown, choose version 2.
After that, everything will work as expected .
