Field Mapping with CB

Hi,
I bought Payment Form yesterday. I manage to setup the payment using PayPal and Offline Method.
However, the data that has been recorded in Payment Form is not mapped with the field in CB (Community Builder).

FYI, I already have more than 100s members that previously registered through CB. I also manage to map the data from CB at the time the member want to renew the membership (after they have logged in). But for the case of new users, their data are saved in the Payment Form field but NOT in CB field.

Please advise.

Hi

At the moment, the integration between CB and Payment Form is one way only. That means when a CB users logged in and process payment on Payment Form, the data stored in his profile will be used to fill in payment form automatically so that they won't have to enter these data again.

However, it is not working on other way. When users make payment via Payment Form, the data won't be updated back to CB. I will try to spend sometime to work on this feature next week, but for now, it is not available !

If that is the case can I get a refund for Payment Form? I'll get Membership Pro instead.

Yes ! Lets me know Paypal Transaction ID of the purchase and I will process refund !

I already bought the Membership Pro and do all the setup. However, I've faced the same CB integration issue.

Hi

I just refunded the money of your Payment Form purchase.

For the issue with CB integration, maybe it is just because you have something wrong in the settings. Could you please check and make sure :

1. You mapped the correct fields in Membership Pro to CB.

2. You published the plugin "OS Membership - CB plugin"

After that, I believe it will work as expected. If it still doesn't work, I am sure that it is just something with your settings. Please submit a support ticket giving us admin account of your site so that I can check it for you.

As it is late here now and tomorrow, I have to go to my home (which far from where I work with slow internet connection), I can only check your support ticket when I come back to office at Sunday night (better Monday morning).

So please be patient and wait for me !
