I have looked at the settings and dont wont to have to modify the template unless i have to as one would think with the field being there that it would work by default.

Nope! Did not figure it out and did not get a reply.
Not sure why this is being ignored by the admin as it should be a easy answer..
either instructions on how to fix i or... it never worked in the first place.
annoying to spend money and not get a reply.

Like you, I had tried using the Description field with other Field Types, and it did not show up on the form. It is certainly possible that Description is meant to display somewhere else, like on the notification email you receive when a customer places an order. As far as I know, "Message" is the only Field Type where I have been able to see the text display on the form itself. Tuan will have to confirm this, though.

In the current version, description of custom field is not showed on the front-end yet, only the field title and the inputbox to allow user enter information for the field .
I will spend this weekend to work on this feature and send it to you. Please be patient with me. Lately, you will have it ready by sunday (which is in about 2 days from now)
@BP72 : You posted the same questions on many topics, so I deleted some posts. We will focus on this topic .
