The OS Services Booking developer team are proud to announce the release of OS Services Booking 2.18.0. This is a first release for the 2.18.x series of OS Services Booking with a lot of great improvements and addresses issues introduced in previous versions.

What's new in OS Services Booking version 2.18.0

1. Add special rates feature
This feature allows you to setup special rates for your Booking system in a time period. You can select services/ week dates will be applied by the rates. The special rates can be a positive number, then the final amount will be the sum of timeslot cost and the special price amount. If it is a negative number, the final cost will be the remainder after making the subtraction between the timeslot cost and the discount amount.
 

2. Add feature to list customers, including option to export customers to CSV
This function will list information about the existing customers in your system, besides name, email, phone number, you can also know how much they have booked your services, you can also export those information to a CSV file.


3. Add Trend Chard features to list income based on different time periods
In this OS Services Booking version, we add option to allow you to see the income from your Venues, Employees and Services in trend graph. We believe that this function will be very important to you, helping you to track your income on the Booking system through different time periods in detail.


4. Improve feature Limit booking based on check-in times
In previous versions, you just can limit booking based on created date of orders. But from this version, you will able to setup Limit booking based on check-in times of orders. It will help you to limit number of booking on specific Service, Employee in specific time period (week, month)
Configure option: Do you want to prevent a Joomla User/ Email to book more than x booking per date/week/month

5. Add option to add/modify assigned employees in Service modification page
From this version, you are able to add employee to service in Service modification page instead of opening Employee modification page and select service to assign. When you assign employee to service, you also can select the dates in week that employee will work.


6. Other improvements

• Add option to send Invoice in Payment complete notification emails
• Add tag to show Order details in SMS Content
• Add option to select Decimals and Thoudsands seperators
• Add number of booked seats in Gcalendar events
• Add option to hide paid amount at top of Checkout page
