10th May 2022 - New version 2.17.0

The OS Services Booking developer team are proud to announce the release of OS Services Booking 2.170. This is a first release for the 2.17.x series of OS Services Booking with a lot of great improvements and addresses issues introduced in previous versions.
What's new in OS Services Booking version 2.17.0
1. Add limit booking by date/week/month to Joomla Users/ Emails - applies to booking date
From this version, we add new option in OS Services Booking to allow you to limit users with maximum booking times per day/week/month. To use this feature, you need to enable configure option:
Do you want to prevent a Joomla User/ Email to book more than x booking per date/week/month
in Configuration page -> Tab: Booking Configuration. You can leave zero with no limitation.
At frontend, based on your setting, customers won't be able to place more booking than the allowed limit. This configure option is applied to both logged and non-logged Joomla users.


2. Replace Cron task by Joomla System plugin
The Cron task system is used to send reminder emails and sms to customers. From this version, we removed Cron task and replace it by Joomla System plugin: OS Services Booking - Cron task with the same tasks with Cron task before. You don't need to worry about Cron task setting anymore, just need to publish the system plugin OS Services Booking - Cron task.

3. Improve statistic chart feature in OS Services Booking dashboard
From this version, at Dashboard of OS Services Booking, you will able to change different period time to see the income and number of orders based on those periods.


4. Improve Coupon feature to add Minimum applied cost
When you add/edit coupons, you can add Minimum cost that the coupon code is applied. If the total cost of order is smaller than Minimum cost, the Coupon code will not valid for using.


5. Add SMS plugins: SMSHosting, ClickSend beside existing SMS providers: ClickAtell, TextLocal and Eztexing
From version 2.17.0, we replace configure options for SMS Providers (ClickAtell, EzTexing and TextLocal) in Configuration page -> Tab: SMS Setting by plugins, they will help you to manage SMS Providers easier than before. Moreover, we added new more SMS providers, they are: ClickSend and SMSHosting, you will have more options to send SMS than before. You can find those SMS plugins through Joomla Plugins management tool.


6. Other improvements

• Hide Payment part in Checkout form when user doesn't need to pay anything to complete their order
• Show messages at top Booking table page when popup is disabled
• Show deposit (upfront) amount in Checkout form
• Add Javascript confirm popup before submitting Checkout form
• Add option to load Buttons stylesheet CSS file (in case your Joomla template doesn't support Bootstrap buttons css)
• Show assigned employees in services list (Backend)

Love the update, but now do i have the problem on some translations in German

Altough all is set right does it miss translate Wendsday - Saturday and Sunday as well as Mai to German..
Looks like it trays to translate it by google Translate or something... look like shit and i can't fix it.
Can you help?
