Zoom Link Not Being Created After Update was created by Stephen Hawkins
Hi, Some months ago I had a ticket open to help me setup the Zoom Feature. So the zoom link was created, sent to the user and to the admin/employee. And the zoomlink was also in the Manage Orders section.

I moved my site and upgraded from 2.23.1 which was working. To The Latest version 5. I had to upload the update because the download ID wasn't being recognized in Joomdonation admin area.

I am currently configuring and testing. I am testing with a coaching Call type Service which isn't creating or sending the Zoom link.

I have checked the Zoom Plugin Settings and they are correct and active in Zoom.
I have the {zoom_link} tag in the emails.
I added the Meeting ID to the Employee Profile too.

But The email doesn't get the link, It isn't in the joomla administration area of Bookings, and its not in the Order History front end user dashboard.

Any ideas how I can solve these issues. Again?

PS: As anything changed in the way it works with the latest version? Theres nothing in the documents that mentions Zoom at all.

Hi Stephen,
Thank you for your message and for detailing the issue you are experiencing with the Zoom integration.
Could you please confirm if you have enabled the Zoom plugin for OS Services Booking on your site?
This plugin must be activated in order for the Zoom links to be generated and sent correctly.

Hi, and thanks for the response.

Yes, the Zoom plugin for OS Services Booking plugin is activated and contains the correct Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret. I have checked in the Zoom App.

The Employee has the correct (but I will double check today) Meeting ID.
And the {zoom_link} is present in the emails.

As I wait your response. I will read the Employee to make sure.

Thanks.

I readded a Service (free one), and that didnt work (send zoom link).

And I tried adding another employee and that was the same result. No link sent.

Should I submit a ticket at this point?

Just for info, I just updated the Event booking and now the integration with Zoom doesn't work.

I believe its the Zoom Plugin that's got a bug. Dam will most likely send you the Plugin (I'm waiting for it myself).

He has fixed my site so I think he will send me/you the plugin at fault.
